We are seeking ambitious, passionate and tireless individuals to partner with us who are experienced running and developing routes in ethnic and Hispanic metro markets. Key Responsibilities: Achieve financial targets with new and existing accounts Grow volume and revenue via 100% ownership and responsibility to sell, fill orders, and proper merchandising Provide high quality customer service to the entire account base Responsible for executing daily sales calls on assigned route Ability to work with minimum supervision Travel by car in assigned territory daily (Road Warriors)

Bilingual (Spanish / English) fluency mandatory 3 years experience in route / field sales and customer service Successful track record targeting and acquiring new business Entrepreneurial leadership skills Skilled in selling to all types of retail outlets Experienced in direct store (DSD) and warehouse delivery distribution models Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment Goal oriented / Highly MONEY motivated Must have a valid driver’s license Must have insured reliable transportation Salary: Potential to earn $35K - $45K Base + Commission Car/Travel Expenses Medical / Dental / 401K / Paid Time Off 7 days a week operation with occasional weekend work required.
